Periodically I get a brief stabbing pain in my ribs close to/under my left breast. It doesn't last long but I can't inhale or exhale. I could relate it to a side stitch, which I'm well acquainted with, but these pains are spontaneous and come without warning. It lasts for maybe 3-5 seconds but...
