I currently work for mcdonald but i still want to apply and work for another mcdonald restaurant.Can i work for both of them at the same time or i have to choose between both of them?

Are there ways to "tame" or train a rottweiler puppy so that he has a better chance to become an easier, more even tempered to live with dog that wouldn't cause unnecessary harm ? His owner didn't charge anything for him and is still trying to find homes for the other 3 puppies who are males, so...
