Check hotscripts.com they will have exactly what you are looking for. Other best bet would be to check tutorialized.com I dont think writing an entire tutorial on how to do this will be beneficial on yahoo answers as it would be long and tedious as well there are not enough functions on wysiwyg...

You have to set a keypress that identifies the Tab key and then a statement or what you want it to do.
