when it plays DVDs (VCDs ,MP3s, etc are fine) the sound that comes out can't be understood. It's like the sound hangs but the video goes on well. It didn't use to be like this. A few days ago it played DVDs with no problem whatsoever. So does anyone know what happened and how this can be fixed...

...player classic? i have vlc but in some movies the subtitles don't pop up at the right time. I have windows media player and media player classic but i don't know how to make the external subtitles show. pls help
