i went into my telus mob. account and download don't stop believing for my ringtone and it said 'send to device' so i clicked it and my phone vibrated like i was recieving a text but i didn't GET a text.. i checked under ringtones and its not there. HELP.

My blacberry only syncs music from windows media player, but i want to get music/videos from iTunes, where the majority of my media is. How can I switch it over?
