    why wont my hair get color?

    so i died it black/blue about 5months ago more or less idk it was a permanent color and it started to fade but still not completly my natural hair color is brown/red i tried 2times puting stripes in my hair usingg the color that come in a box i used natural red the first time for my bangs...
