Can you clear this phone that has been activated to resell? It does not have a sim chip. How can I resell it?

I bought a 1974 Honda XL125 without the headlight, turn signals and brakelight. Where is a good place to find all the parts I need to make the bike street legal?

I have the standard model engine (no turbo, no supercharger). The engine seems to idle high around 1500 rpm and I don't think that is normal. What rpm should it be at? 750 rpm?

When I drive, an unsual vibrating noise coming from the rear passenger wheel. It goes away when I turn sharpley turn right and gets noisier when I turn left. Could it be the bearings? The axle? Seals? Please help
