Sometimes I put a blouse in the wash and after some time, the blouse starts looking fuzzy and tattered. Any tips on how to keep this from happening? Cotton, Polyester, etc.

My bluetooth will not turn on. I go through the steps: Menu > Settings > Wireless Controls > Bluetooth "Bluetooth turning on..." Normally after a few moments, there would be a green check mark. No green check mark. Its as if I didn't even push the button. Tech support was useless, as usual...
