I've seen tons of sites for this, does anyone know a legit one? By legit I mean one I will not have to pay for & they will not ask for all my personal information and I will actually get paid for testing or playing video games. Also has to be for PS3 :)

Pay as you go phone with no yearly contracts. They kick butt!!
