I am us army infantry and I have bone spurs on bolth ankels, what is the average recovey time for having them removed, and would I end up having a permanent profile for it.

well he might really want to start working out. after reception then he will go to his training company. and for the most part the first few days he will be getting "smoked" that's push ups sit ups and other exercises of that nature but there is no quitting unless you want him to ruin his life.
