    When you take a drug test for employment can they test to see if your pregnant?

    I am 4 1/2 months pregnant. I went for a job interview they said I have the job if I pass the drug test and background check. No problem there. I just want to know if they can test to see if I am pregnant. By federal law they can't discriminate against me if I am, so I never brought it up...
