Again.... i have just opened a new yahoo account after several years. when i enter any room, table,lobby, it tells me that chat is restricted for its most trusted members. Heres the question. How long until a new member is allowed to chat in lobbys and rooms, as in not "in listen only mode"...

more detail...ok, have returned to the yahoo i know an love from years past...much has changed..most for the better..the chat thing i dont understand, just tell me please. How long till im allowed to talk to everyone else???????
