    Is there a trick to mashed potato and also what could I do with leftovers!?

    When I cook the pototoes and come to mash it, i put butter and milk in it and mash away, is there a trick or is it just putting elbow grease into it? Also, Ive done too much and dont want to waste it, is there anything I could do with the leftovers? Thanks
