    I cant erase files from my usb flash.pen drive - why? & what can I do?

    I want to erase files/folders but just wont let me. I am trying to format from FAT32 to NTFS as read somewhere that might work - though I havent a clue what doing so means. All computer wiz's help (& explain please)
