i just got my lip pierced yesterday, i was just wondering if it was normal if the day after it is already crusty?

Every time I read about this phone it says that it has "touch screen dialing"..so does that mean that it's not a complete touch screen...that it only works for dialing numbers? Or can you get to menu with the touch screen? Also, can you just describe the phone in a little more detail and express...
