when i go to my profile on ninja saga it shows agility, critical, and dodge percentages but i am now a level 14 but the dodging percent never moved. how do i get it higher so i don't get hit as much?

that was the only one i used and it worked wonderfully. i took it at 4 weeks and it came back positive.
