I see some auto sites recommending a part or the other dependent on high boost or high horsepower applications... but just what exactly is considered high boost/ BHP? I mean what benchmark number do they use to say you are low BHP or low boost to choose this part or accesory?

Honestly it probably is true.... probably fake. But until you hear it from a major source such as CNN, MSNBC, etc. treat this as heresay.
