    Cricket expansion - GA and SC coasts

    hmmm... i'm pretty sure i had read about cricket planning to do this a while back... but i guess this makes it possible? my understanding was they already owned spectrum there (actually the whole SE us except for in florida)... oh well i guess maybe they needed more spectrum.
