    Right now i have a sidekick,i got it a couple of months ago and now i want the mytouch,if i bought it from walmart which is $198.00 instead of paying $399.99,would tmobile let me use the phone?

    and if i do buy it at walmart all i would have to do,is make tmobile have that phone with the bill and stuff,right? i won't have to make a new contract or anything?
