If i jailbreak it and then the screen gets messed up or something. Can i restore then Apple wont know i Jailbroke it or say someone stole it or i dropped it in the pool. will the warranty be void if i do those things? thanks in advance

When the contract ends ( which is a while from now) And i get a new phone. Then my Iphone will have no service. Can i still Jailbreak it after and use it like a jailbroken ipod Touch?
