Hi i recently bought two new games NFS carbon and sim city 4 both of the games for some reason operate twice as fast. like when im playing NFS i would go like super speed in a short time same with sims does anyone know how to fix this i currently run on a nvidia geforce 9600 gso

I am not too sure how to turn it on i did it once but i do not remember how to the DVD player on. I do not have the manual since i bought the car without it. i checked some online manuals but didn't understand if someone can explain it clearer or maybe knows a video of how to do this.
