I do not know but I recomend letting it sit out for a while(sometimes overheats and they have wierd ways of telling you). Also you can call microsoft and ask whats wrong but since you got it from a friend you don't have a warrenty to get it actually fixed. DO NOT BUY A NEW DISK DRIVE. if you do...

I got 2 wireless headsets so far. Both never turned on or never charged. I opened the box and started charging it. The lights won't turn on or anything. Don't tell me to call. Tell me what im doing wrong
