    Why is Bethesda waiting so long to announce The Elder Scrolls V?

    Oblivion came out in 2006. They said they had some "secret" announcement at this year's E3 IIRC. But they never delivered! They got everyone's hopes up thinking they were gonna announce TES:V!!!! Why must they toy with us like that?
