3 Crab Rangoon (crab with cream cheese)
Fried Roll
Main Course:
7 fried shrimp
1 cup mushrooms
Seafood Delight (crab, grilled shrimp, grilled lobster)
1 cup fried Rice
6 Sweet and Sour Chicken "balls"
Dessert:
Cup of soft serve...

I usually eat 1,100 calories a day. For a free day could I let loose and go to a Chinese buffet..then the days following go back to eating 1,100 calories a day.
At the buffet I won't go hog wild...but if I eat a little more than I usually do and not be as strict for one day will i gain weight...
