    Add weights for walking?

    Hi guys... ok.. ive lost a couple pounds.. one of my exercises is to walk. Now im worried if i had come to a plateau ..so im thinking can i put some weight in a backpack and carry them when i go walking? Ive read that its no good to be carrying weights on hand when walking... but how about...

    is exercise really that important in loosing weight?

    i heard of people saying its merely math... the amount of input is lesser than your output. but it seems that it doesnt work for me? even though i ate better food.. health, smaller portions and lesser food... more meals.. im still at the same weight... :(
