I'm in community college and have never had financial aid do to some problems but i'm going to apply this year. Unfortunately, my gpa is very low. Does anyone know if my low gpa will keep me from receiving fafsa or any other types of aid?

I have page plus and i use a verizon phone. i want to buy the Samsung Glyde from Ebay. i found out that the Samsung Glyde was discontinued. Does that mean i canot activate it? someone please give me ur input. thank you.
