Today was my 3rd day of track and my legs were really sore but we got timed today to see how fast we are.
For 150m I got 23.58 seconds
and for 30m I got 4.6 seconds
Are these good? I feel like I suck.

That indicates loserisim. No offense. It's a lot more fun to stagger around by yourself. You don't feel anything just sitting there. Don't waste good alcohol.
