Is this about right??? I've just had a repair done to it because the engine management light was on and the diagnostics pointed to the cat. Well I say repair the mechanic managed to blast all the crap off apparently but he said if it happens again in the future I may need a new cat and sensors...

.... and I've now noticed a growling noise coming from the engine whilst reversing or setting off in 1st. I've also noticed a click sound coming from the steering column or pedals whenever I change gear and let the clutch come back up. Everything else seems normal and I've never had anything...
