    Is restaurant food (to-go) considered as bad as fast food? possibly worse?

    haha i want to lose some weight and get fit. basically ive cut out pop and fast food. my plan is to workout 5 days a week right after school for atleast an hour. i drink usually non pop drinks like gatorade, koolaid, caprisun and water. ive started to bring fruit to school for lunch like grapes...
