    What kind of Garden Shrub is this?

    What kind of shrub is this?? Rubbed arm up against it and i think it caused a very bad rash, (pictures included). please help !! *the rash started 1 day after rubbing arm on plant. not sure if the plant caused it, but it would be helpful if you could tell us if the shrub did it . thnks!
