    tire size to rim size question?

    I currently have 31x9.5x15 tires on my jeep and i wanna buy new rims. i currently have 15x8 rims but i also want to move up to 33 inch tires in the future so if i buy 15x8 rims now will 12.5 inch wide 33s fit into them later or no? or...can i buy 15x10 rims now and will my 9.5 tires still fit...
