so I'm applying for the fafsa and i want to know is the money they give free ? or do i have to pay it all back? i know there are both but what if i don't want a loan if that's all i'm eligible for will they only offer me a loan? can i decline? besides i'm not even 18 yet so can i even get a loan?

i want a Japanese romance drama about unlikely couples like the guy is really popular and the girl inst you know unlikely love couples you can suggest normal Japanese romance dramas as well they just have to be romance but i would prefer unlikely love couples (No anime please)
