i have a suzuki djebel 250 xc that has no title and to get the title i need to know the year i dont know japanese so i cant read the sticker any help would be nice thanks

i had a 2001 suzuki djebel given to me and one of the previous owners never did the import paper work. how would i go about getting a title so i can ride it on the road? this is the over seas version of the 250 enduro
