if you know how please explain how to make it work! it may be a firewall or something.

I have a mirrico bike with flybreaks on the back of the bike and i can't put the rear wheel on. it's in place and everything i just wanted to tighten the chain but i cant because when i tighten the bolts the wheel rubs against the break! it's so annoying and i can't figure out how to do it.
