    how to stop whining coming from my car speakers?

    Ive ripped out my old system because it was old,and had a horrible high pitch whining noise when i accelerate and turned the steering wheel,so i re did it and its still there!!!| could it be the amp? i also moved the rca cables from the power cable a little bit,do they need to be like not touch...
