These cars are fairly rare, and it is hard to find a good one. What should be the absolute max amount of kilometers i should look for in one? Sh or base? is ATTS really that usefull?

I will be getting a used version. If i get either or, what would be the best bang for the buck? And what would i need to upgrade to keep my enigne from exploding? pistons? I'm not sure how i'd check the max compression... What would be a good kit? greddy?

I can get one of these vehicles used for about 3000 apart from each other. The prelude is at 7000, and the civic is at 12,000 Its going to be a first car, which seems better overall?
