I doubt it can be done with many games nowadays, but some games you can just take their entire folder in the Program Files and drag it onto a drive. Then you just click on the .exe, with all the game's files present on the drive. I do that with Unreal Tournament sometimes.

You seem to have confused Call of Duty: World at War with Unreal Tournament 3.
