ive done isometric exercises with my calf muscles since highschool and that has given me overdeveloped calves. and now my upper legs look flabby in comparison, does anyone know of effective isometric exercises that will build up the rest of my legs without causing my calves to grow to much more?
although windows 7 is a test OS it is very stable and plays many current games just fine. the problem is most likely with your system, it might not be able to handle the load of the os and the game once it gets completely underway
