I took a pilates class for the first time on tuesday the next day I was really sore..So I did not exercise that day today I'm STILL sore even with taking a day off..I don't know what to do! I soo wanna take another pilates class.. will it be alright for me to take another class with sore muscles??

on Tuesday night I took a pilates class for the first time..it was pretty intense.. the next day my hips and legs were hurting and sore so I took that day off except I did lots of sit ups and crunches I want to take another pilates class today ..But my ribs and back are hurting every time I...
