i rented a game in the mail and it never came.. i reported but anyways they arent going to charge me for it right?? i know some ppl say they never got it and just keep it but thats not wut im doing i actually never got it :( and how do they tell if u actually got it or not??

what would be a good laptop to buy? i plan on going to college to become a game developer/designer wutever u wanna call it. i was wondering wut would be a good laptop brand for that and wut kinda specs would i want? possibly try to keep it under $2000
