I do. Tattertown was originally planned as a series. Had it happened, it would have been the 1st prime-time cartoon series for Nick@Nite, but it ended up being a special; 1 episode only.

And that might also explain why EVERY Dic produced show except for Sabrina vanished off of Toon Disney's schedule after 2001. Wish Kid, Wizard of Oz, New Archies, The Littles, Sonic the Hedgehog, etc, and every other show all vanished all around the same time.

Hmm... South Park always struck me as having fairly strong continuity (by TV standards)---that "Imaginationland" trilogy made reference/use of two previous episodes (that ManBearPig thing and the "Christmas Critters"), for instance...

Simpsons, Happy Feet, Leroy and Stitch, Shrek, and a lot of theatrical animated movies tend to do pretty well other there. They really seem to like CG animation a lot judging by how well the movies do over there. I think internationalizing characters, while it can help, isn't quite necessary...
