    If i pay a $500 down payment on a decent honda, would the dealer raise the price?

    I have about $500 saved and im looking for a decent honda to buy. I cant afford to pay all the money upfront so i was hoping to put the 500 i have saved as a downpayment, would the dealer or person im buying the car from most likely make the price of the vehilcle more?

    problem with 16gig flash drive?
