Well. It could be a vacuum leak or PVC valve sticking. Remove the PVC valve & shake it,if you hear it rattle its ok if not replace it.With the engine running spray some carb cleaner on the vacuum lines ,if the idle changes there's your leak.(make sure not to spray it on the dist).Also you didn't...
