Go to a website called Danscomp.com.They have some for about $10.00-$140 something,but you want a pair that has the spikes on the pedal.I wear worn out CRocks with them and never had a problem.Hope this helps.

I have a Dyno GT Compe and it weighs about 15 to 20 pounds which is a pretty light bike.I have a 30 pound Mongoose KO that I don't ride any more due to weight. If you want a light bike Compe bikes are very light.
