I live in houston texas and I heard from a friend that there's some sort of promotion going on that you don't have to pay the $200 cancellation fee when you switch from sprint to at&t. Is it true? I really want an iphone and I would like to make the switch.

Ok, I have an account w/ sprint. I'm eligible for an upgrade, I have like a $150 rebate on a new phone. I want the HTC touch pro which is like $600. I don't have all the money to buy the phone right now. So I was curious if Sprint does like a payment plan to pay for the phone. Like, if they can...
