i have a samsung HLN4365-W dlp tv andit will start up fine and everything but after a couple hours the picture will go out but the sound will stay on and i have to unplug it for a while and then plug it back in and it will work again... i just replaced the bulb a couple months ago could you help...

my girlfriend and i just got cell phones a couple weeks ago and both had mail in rebates and we sent both of them in (separate envelopes of course) and we just got a couple emails and 1 of the rebates went threw and everything's fine but the other one says its invalid and it didn't pass there...
