Does anyone know how one would go about raising a 2005 Cadillac STS with tensioners?
I have a 2005 Cadillac STS and i want to put 24x10 rims on it without cutting the plastic or any rubbing a guy told me to raise the car about 2 inches with tensioners and it should clear the rims without me having to cut the plastic. -

Is it possible for the HTC HD2 screen to rotate on all four sides?

Yes that is definitely an alternator/generator issue. Pull the alternator from the vehicle and bring it into an autozone or something to have it tested.
