...without Man? Of course we have an effect on climate change. Just breathing emits carbon dioxide. (a green house gas) Every plant and or animal has some effect on global climate change. Oh yes, and so does the Sun and the Moon(tides) and volcanoes, etc.

It could be several things, but probably not air. I would check to see if the tire or wheel are rubbing on anything, or if the noise is coming from the hub, I'd check the bearings.
