    What're the safest cities to live in near Ford Hood, Texas (Killeen)?

    My sister is stationed there and is new to the area, thinking about buying since she'll be there for 3 or so years. Safety is her #1 issue and thinks maybe a gated community? Naturally it needs to be reasonable driving distance to Ford Hood...thanks!

    Calif. Law-what's an LLC and how easy is it to set up for holding a couple of houses...

    ...by my family & myself? We have inherited small trust and would like to protect them (the houses in the trust). Do we need cpa or lawyer or something? Cost? Time frame?
