I drive a 2000 Honda Civic LX. My emergency brake light in dash turns on when I drive and turns off when I step on brake, why? Can I fix this on my own? I have basic automotive skills and would prefer to learn to do it on my own, but if it's too advance I guess I'll take it to the shop.
